We went to Thailand to Koh Chang (a magnificent beautiful and comfortable island!) And to Cambodia (a wonderful country). I have never seen a single representative of the operator in my eyes - we were simply resold to other second-rate companies, having wound up money on this. For 3 days and 2 nights in Cambodia, we paid more than $800, and we were simply stuck in a group with a cheap ($200) one and a half day excursion from Pattaya. At home, we wrote a complaint, confirming the non-fulfillment of the contract with documents with a signature and a seal. The company did not even begin to really understand, they simply unsubscribed that the program had been completed. So they called me a liar?
In general, now we will contact the media.
So stay away from TPG.
