Today 13.07.17 arrived from Dalaman airport. Rest in Marmoris. Never before have we wanted to go home like this. Our stay of 7 nights turned into hell and completely spoiled mood. We bought a last-minute tour, the hotel "Kocher BEACH" was on instant confirmation. On the way to the hotel, we were told that there were no places in our super three-star hotel and we would be accommodated for two nights in the Cle Boutique Hotel, which is located nearby. We will only live there, and we will eat and go to the beach at the hotel for which we paid money. on the day of the resettlement, we were on an excursion and our hotel guide Julia assured us that after we return to the hotel it would be possible to go to the reception and take the keys to our room. But when we arrived, they bulged their eyes at us and said that there were no places in the hotel! We actually stayed on the street! A scandal erupted, I called the hotline and only at 21.30 a representative of the company arrived and began to resolve the issue. We were settled in the next hotel called "Malibu Beach" and assured that we would stay here until the end of the holiday. However, three days passed and Malibu asked us to leave. He said that the contract with "Kocher" is over. At the same time, there are still no places in Kocher. Again the scandal and the expectation of a hotel guide. There were two nights left until the end of the holiday, but there was no desire to rest in principle. We were left for one more night in "Malibu" and then they simply said check-out before 12.00, and at 02.15 at night you are already leaving the hotel, why do you need a room! In short, it's a shock. Never again in my life will I buy non-MEGA cheap, not Very expensive tours from this company and I urge all tourists who dream of a quiet, pleasant and relaxing holiday, and not endless scandals and negativity, to do the same. TPG - you are not professionals, YOU are LOSSERS. Don't ruin people's vacation.
