I do not recommend anyone to rest with TPG. 15.06 at 8:00 was scheduled to depart from Lviv to Cyprus, which was canceled. The day before departure, I contacted the travel agency to clarify the time of departure, I was told that the flight will take place at 7.30 am. And in the evening an employee of the travel agency called back that the flight will be performed from Kharkiv at 15.35, and there will be a flight to Kharkiv from Lviv at 13.35 and sent tickets. At 00.30 I called the hotline of the tour operator tpg? 0 (44) 545 44 44? to clarify the time of departure from Lviv to Kharkiv, as we are from Ivano-Frankivsk and we need to get there in advance, to which I received a shocking answer that this flight will not be and instead will depart at 18 30 from Kiev and we will be taken to Kiev by bus girl said what to clarify the details and let us know. An hour later I dialed the hotline again and heard the same answer, no one called back with information.

At 6 am we arrived at the Lviv airport, I called the operator again and she said that at 11:30 a representative of the tour operator will arrive and all questions to him. Why didn't their representatives report it ?! Because it is better to sleep than to worry about the problems of their tourists, let them sleep and for that they have a headache!

1. Why didn't the tour operator inform in advance about the difference between flight # 1 and flight # 2 ??

2. Specially chose the departure from Lviv because the announced convenient time of departure, arrival, and just get from Ivano-Frankivsk.

I wonder which flight will be back? It is possible to send a bus by ferry from Cyprus without steaming!
