3. Will you contact this company again? It all started with the fact that on the very first day we were rescheduled for departure from 5 am to 7 pm, and as a result, our flight was delayed by another 1:40.

We flew in, found our transfer and sat for another hour, because as it turned out, people from Kyiv were not even sent their suitcase (by the way, they were offered to return it only the day before the end of the holiday), although in my opinion it would be wiser not to keep 30 people waiting, but send our transfer on time, and provide them with a taxi that cost the company a maximum of $ 5 but satisfied customers!!!

We booked a hotel that is part of the Pickalbatros network and it was called aqua vista, but as it turned out, it has been under renovation since December 2016, although our guide claimed that 2 weeks (our trip was from July 13 to July 23, 2017) and we were accommodated in the Sea World hotel, which was part of the same network, not only without our consent, even without warning, explaining this by saying "You would still use the territories of these hotels!" and my husband and I were given a room with separate beds and overlooking the construction site of the same Aqua Vista and with all the accompanying sounds (if I could attach a video here, I would have done it with pleasure), dirty, with garbage from past tenants. When we asked to replace our room without noise, clean and with one bed, everyone started snorting and the man who carries the suitcases shouting something on his angrily dragged our suitcase, when they came to the room they found that the wheel had been uprooted, to which he replied that it was not him, he was like that! Of course, we got it repaired, but it was only enough for the way home, because it fell off before we got into a taxi (at least that way, but the thing is still damaged!)

We already thought that it couldn't get worse... noo... ahah... it turns out it can! we again postponed the flight (first from 10:00 to 12:00, then to 22:00, and then to 23:50, 0:35, 1:40, 2:00 and in the end we flew at 3:00)

And the funny thing is, when the flight was supposed to be at 22, they wanted to pick us up 20 minutes before dinner, although we still had enough time to have dinner, get there, and also wait for registration ....

And the most painful thing for me .... is that someone from the staff broke our lock and changed us $ 300 for a fake !!!

If you do not want to spoil your impressions of beautiful Hurghada and the Red Sea, do not choose TPG company !!!!! even if they offer a cheaper tour, these saved $ 100 are not worth the spoiled vacation and deceit !!!!
