For those who do not read the reviews to the end, I want to say at once - the impression is that mostly reviews are written by those who are dissatisfied with the service, or something did not work out with the rest. Unfortunately, this is how people are arranged - negative emotions are more motivating to action, although I guess there is no smoke without fire. My feedback is thanks to the TPG tour operator for a well-organized holiday in the Dominican Republic. Rested with my daughter in the period from 26. 01. 2017 to 05. 06. 2017 at the Occidental Grand Punta Cana 5 * 6 nights and 4 nights at the Occidental Caribe 4 *. This was the program of rest - with relocation, but we were interested to compare the service in different hotels, and it should be noted that economy rooms in 4 * even better than in 5 *, there were some inconsistencies with relocation, but I wrote an SMS to manager Alona Fenini and she quickly decided everything, for which I am grateful to her.

We were in the mood for a positive and productive holiday, so we did not bother with complaints, for example, about the noisy air conditioner, which, moreover, leaked - just turned it on in his absence, and turned off at night, although other times would probably require at least number change. But this is not the fault of the tour operator, especially since for an additional fee you could stay in a junior suite or suite and all things. The hotels themselves are beautiful, with a clean and well-equipped area, the beach is beautiful and close to the hotel, there are restaurants overlooking the ocean, excellent cuisine, from a wide range you could definitely choose something delicious, although some nuances you need to know- bar with coffee machine , there it is delicious, and in the restaurant it is worn by waiters in jugs - badly brewed, weak and unheated. It is better to order meat in an a la carte restaurant, they do not know how to cook it on the buffet.

And the sand on the beach - in general a separate topic, it does not heat up even in the sun, the feet do not burn. Special thanks for the flight. I'm very afraid to fly at all, and I had to fly here for so long. However, fears were in vain - the whole flight was serviced by AIR FRANCE, takeoffs and landings were smooth and professional, stewards' service was decent, food was good, although once they gave fish in rancid oil greased and the same rice, but do not want to eat in flight, because you sit, you don't move, it didn't spoil our mood. From Paris to the Dominican Republic and back - the plane is generally comfortable - there were pillows under the head and computers with headphones, you could marvel at movies, listen to music, etc. My daughter and I learned Spanish, we really needed it on vacation. And when I came back, I still had the opportunity to walk around Paris, because I had a whole day off, so another dream of mine came true - to see Paris.
