Travel agency with surprises, we were just lucky

There was my review back in May. At that time, everything was terrible. But everything was decided, not as we wanted, but the impressions remained the warmest. But now I will think many times whether I need surprises or better paid a little. they settled with a higher star rating, but we didn’t need it. We had a meeting planned with relatives from another country and this vacation cost them a lot because of us. Or rather, because of the tour operator, who a month before departure changed our hotel to the best in to their opinion. Thank you that at least not upon arrival (I had to very quickly negotiate with a new hotel, it was the height of the season and the prices were correspondingly more expensive. And the nerves were spent for a million for sure. I can’t advise, let people read and decide for themselves whether it’s worth saving .. In general, if it were not for the meeting with relatives, we would not care.
