Only after the scandal they gave water and allowed The representative of the tour operator appeared only (had a good night's sleep!) at about 11 am, while he did not give any apologies or promises, they say we will solve the issues and blah blah blah... The girls who are operators of the hotline of this tour operator also do not know anything and they can’t do anything (I talked to Valeria twice)! Only about 14. 30 due to the fact that everyone clearly expressed their indignation, called their relatives in Ukraine and raised everyone to their feet, the Marty Resort Marmaris hotel agreed to accept the group, while they settled people without taking into account the cost of vouchers and their quality (we had a room with sea ​​view, given on the 1st floor overlooking a dirty roof with a huge and buzzing exhaust pipe). I think that there is no order in this TPG organization and in the future I do not recommend anyone to contact this "sharashka office" !!!
