Travel agency: TPG Туроператор (Kyiv) Service type: пакетный тур |
My first (and last) TPG train:
went by bus tour Kharkiv-Sozopol. I additionally booked a place for 5 euros (from Kharkov). As a result, he sat down in Nikolaev (cut off by train). My place was taken, with fights and calls to the tour operator knocked him back. Further: in western Ukraine, where the roads are broken, the driver fell asleep at the wheel and we almost fell into a ditch. In general, all the way the driver ate, drank with one hand, peeled seeds out the window (with one hand). They didn’t let me out of the bus for 8-10 hours, even to go to the toilet (the road dragged on for 5-6 hours from 31 to 36). They didn’t let me get into luggage at single stops (to take things, food). To comments - immediately boorish response. They promised foreign drivers - they got standard crests.
In a hotel:
To present the tour agency deigned to meet with us only the next day at 14-00, he sold us everything in a row. I especially want to note the mobile starter pack, with calls to Ukraine (25 package minutes) for 10 leva (5 euros) we thought that we would buy it cheaper on the street / supermarket. At the post office, we were told that it was impossible to call it until you activate it in Varna with an operator with a passport. The same applies to all such "packages" even in supermarkets. Which begs the question: didn't he know he needed to be activated?
Picked up from the hotel 30 minutes late, already wanted to call. We were taken to the bus stop, where the bus was late for an additional 40 minutes. The bus was two-story; I had seat number 3 (the first row of the second floor). The windshield of this bus was all in cracks and not just in small scratches, but in through cracks, and when we picked up speed on the highway, it began to crackle and it was like that all the way. There was a constant sense of threat.
Plus, I will add here the journey of passengers, told to me as counter-arguments of mine, on the way back:
Kharkiv, transferring the flight 8 hours before departure, 3 hours earlier (namely, at 11 pm it was reported that the flight was being postponed from 7-00 to 3-00), after which, at the collection point, the comrades who had stood for 40 minutes at the indicated place and time, by calling the office, where they were aware that they should be picked up not by a bus, but by a bus, because in the bus for which they bought tickets - there was not enough space for 7 people. And the bus standing aside, which was supposed to pick up 6 people, not 7, thought that it was not them. Further better, this bus - took them to Kyiv, where they had been waiting for 3 hours similar to the Kharkiv bus with the people of Kiev (standing outside for 3 hours) to the season, but this is not the end of the story. The bus that was supposed to pick them up from Kharkov blew a tire and stood still for 4 hours. On vacation, everything was decent, but it's definitely not thanks to TPG. As more experienced travelers told me later, at TPG it's all the time.
