HORRIBLE TOUR OPERATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a tour to Turkey on a special offer from TPG in April, to a 5-star hotel in the city of Marmaris. Upon arrival in the country, we were met by a representative from the tour operator Lemar tur, during the transfer to the entrance to the city of Marmaris, a group of 13 people were informed that it was not possible to accommodate in a previously booked hotel, because the hotels ran out of rooms. We were brought not even to 3, but to a club hotel, such as a hostel, located 4 km outside the city, and they said that they wanted to accommodate us here. After 1.5 hours, we managed to see the "director" of Lemar tur, who told us that if we behave well, then maybe he will provide us with a better hotel. Then we were taken to 4 without the right to choose and said, either we stay here or return to the hostel. Hotel Kervansaray with terrible service, but there were no more options. The representative of the tour operator was seen 1 more time during the booking of excursions, the travel agent did not even notify us of the time for changing the departure and transfer to the airport until we ourselves called him. As it turned out later, everyone who booked tours in April, no one could get into their hotel, everyone was accommodated in whatever. I do not recommend this tour operator to anyone.
