Good travel agency

In TPG, I traditionally book beach tours. I like that the office is located in the center, not far from where I work. I like that they have specialists profiling according to the countries they sell, and what is important - apparently, they sell what they saw themselves live, and not like us, ordinary tourists, who also saw everything themselves, but on the Internet :) In addition, I like that this is a big company that has been working on the market for a long time, and you don’t worry that they will disappear somewhere, and in case of a possible breakdown, you will have no one to complain to.

In May 2017, I came to them to order Greece, which is traditional for me (I really like Crete, and I once decided for myself that I would only go there). But I was offered to try something else, they showed me options for other countries and hotels, and in the end I myself stopped at one Turkish five-star hotel. There were no special problems with booking and ordering tickets - we flew out on time, I don’t remember the model of the aircraft (and what difference does it make what kind of aircraft?) We flew well. At the Turkish airport, we were met by a representative of a local travel agency who organized a transfer to the hotel.

I liked the hotel, that is, everything was correctly advised to me :) I had no reasons to call the Ukrainian office - I only checked with local agents regarding excursions. We took off normally ... In a word, everything you need from a vacation!

I don't know what you can want from a travel agency - if I understand the essence of their activities correctly, they only resell tours collected by partner travel agencies in other countries. But in Greece and, as it turned out this summer, in Turkey, I did not meet the slightest cause for frustration.
