For many years we have been cooperating with the tour operator TPG. Anything can happen in work, but we always tried to find compromises and protect our tourists from unforeseen situations.
But the last case in working with this tour operator causes the necessary desire to leave a negative review so that other travel agencies, when booking tours, are more careful and careful.
We want to talk about working with the TPG tour operator in the direction of the Dominican Republic and express our “gratitude” to them for their work and “care” with our tourists, whom we have now lost. It was irresponsible and negligent organization of the tour as the whole tour started and continued with problems.
We booked the tour 2 months before the start of the tour. The Gran Bahia Principe 5 * complex was chosen, many people know that this complex consists of several hotels, our choice was at the Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro Resort 5 * hotel, Junior Suite room. The invoice we issued was paid on time. The received voucher fully confirmed our reservation.
Upon arrival, tourists were accommodated in a hotel and a room that did not correspond to their voucher, namely in Gran Bahia Principe Club Premier 5 *, Junior Suite Premier, which is located at the entrance to the Gran Bahia Principe complex, with old rooms and cheaper in online selection. The host representative spoke irritably and boorishly
and demanded an additional payment for relocation, in the end they did not relocate !!! During the entire period of stay of our tourists, we tried to solve this problem from TPG managers. But it was more of a monologue on our part, instead of a dialogue. The responsible manager was constantly absent, and the colleague was not aware of the situation.
In the last 24 hours, tourists were moved to an unknown place. They were put before a fact about this and there was no choice. Neither us nor the tourists were previously informed that they would be relocated. Thank you for not spending the night on the street.
Tourists went to celebrate a birthday and wanted to have a good rest, but for all the inconvenience they received only a bottle of rum and coffee.
