I sent my wife and daughter (three years old) to rest in Turkey.
But the valiant tour operator TPG, instead of the hotel I paid for, settled my family in a viper called Kervansaray Bodrum 5 *.
In short, a little about the hotel, where the tour operator told me that it was 5 stars!
There can be no question of any service here!
What kind of 5 * is this, in which cigarette butts are lying around the hotel, no one cleans them up.
Plumbing broken (toilet and washbasin). The toilet didn't flush at all as the button was broken. All claims that you can’t go to the toilet in the room were met with a malicious smile!
In the room, only the bed was removed from past unfortunate customers.
The towel was simply thrown (it’s good that it wasn’t on the floor), but it’s hard to tell from them whether they were clean or left over from old visitors.
There is dirt and fungus in the room.
I quarreled with the travel agent, tour operator and host for a day!!!
And it dawned on them only when I burst into the office of a tour operator in Kyiv and almost “broke” their elder. Nerves were on edge! Even the security at the end supported me.
It's just awful, people, if you want to spoil your vacation, then you should go to this operator!!!
After arrival, I filed a claim with the TPG tour operator, and they told me that for two days of spoiled vacation to my family, they would return only 988 UAH, which is a little more than 4% of the tour cost.
Now, when planning our holiday, the main note is any tour operator except TPG!!!
