Be careful when booking a tour from TPG!!!

When choosing a tour, we contacted Anex Tour, but our manager picked up a hotel for us from a partner, TPG (in general, this is a normal practice, since all travel agents and tour operators cooperate, this did not arouse suspicion, especially since both companies have been on the market for a long time and are quite well known ).The tour was from 12.04-19.04 for two in Sharm at the Hilton Sharks Bay hotel.

I really liked the time of departure from Kyiv (at 5:30 in the morning) since we do not lose the whole day in Sharm and back to Kyiv (at 19:30), there is also a day in Sharm. But things didn't go so well...

This leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste. TPG - think about how many people you have thrown and ruined your vacation, if such situations arise, work on it, correct and prevent it, and at least have the conscience to apologize (I generally keep quiet about the damage, according to the contract you will dig under the horseradish). Dear tourists, be careful when booking tours with TPG, in particular when traveling to Sharm to the host of the Flash Tour, the Hilton Sharks Bay hotel.
