Bad, do not recommend. Good time of the day. I want to share my experience with this tour operator. 08/10/2018 booked a 3-bed room at the DOMINA CORAL BAY ELISIR 5 * hotel, Sharm el-Sheikh on 09/27/2018 at a travel agency in Kremenchug. Booking number 27098057. The reservation was confirmed to me, I paid an advance payment. The hotel was chosen by me. Everything seems to be fine. But on August 25, 2018, the manager of the travel agency called me and said that TPG had sent them a letter stating that our reservation was wrong, there were no available rooms, they offered an alternative that was not even worth attention. As of today, our reservation has not been canceled and the money has not yet been returned to us .. Our money was with them for 2 weeks, the exchange rate has changed, prices have risen!!!! I do not recommend!!!!
