8 hours of paid vacation stolen

We bought a tour to Turkey in Marmaris from July 14 to July 21, for 7 nights. We ourselves live in Kharkov, but we chose the flight from Kiev - we liked the time of departure back from Turkey at 13.00. A day before departure, we learned that we were flying from Zhulyan. Departure from Kyiv at 3.20 am. We got from Kharkiv to Zhuliany at 24.00. With disappointment, we saw on the scoreboard among all the flights only ours was delayed - until 5.30. We spent the whole night in a tiny airport full of people. We sat on the floor, because there was no other place to sit down. We left at 5.50. There were no problems with the transfer, we arrived at the hotel at 11.30. We did not have time for breakfast. Settled at 14.00, strictly according to the regulations. There are no complaints about the hotel. I liked Marmaris. Beautiful scenery, luxurious sea, there is where to go and what to do. The only negative is the narrow coastal strip, densely packed with sunbeds and wicker umbrellas, giving a very conditional shade. Three days before departure, our travel agent announced the postponement of the return flight, 6 hours earlier. Instead of a full night and breakfast, with departure from Marmaris at 9.00, as planned when we paid for the tours, we were picked up at 1.30 at night at the hotel and taken to the airport, naturally without feeding. We flew out at 6.50. In total, the paid night of our holiday was stolen from us, without an apology or explanation. I do not recommend the TPG operator, because the obligations on the terms of the provision of travel services are not met and explanations for violations of their obligations are not provided !!!
