Shit, irresponsibility and hack

We ordered tours with a girl from TPG, at the border they found out that our hotel was full, we were offered an alternative. Instead of 4 * they offered 3 * far from the sea, an interesting move by "TPG professionals" isn't it? .. We refused, we were told they say "we are looking for another hotel that will suit you instead." But as a result, upon arrival, we were simply settled in the hotel from which we refused. TPG moved us to a worse class hotel without our consent. Further attempts to contact representatives of TPG gave nothing. They just scored on their clients abroad. Moreover, there were 3 couples (6 people) of such migrants in this hotel, one woman even said that she had been traveling with TPG for 7 years and encountered this for the first time, but she promised that she would sue them, good luck to her, such idiots need to be infringed in all ways.

In short: want to ruin your vacation? If you want to pay for a good hotel, but you don’t know where to get such a hotel - you go to them.
