If you want to grab your leave and drink calmly, then TPG is for you! 07/11/2024 there was a bus tour Lviv-Pefkochori (Greece), in short - the company moved the departure time from Lviv to the remaining day, we had to issue tickets and buy new ones to Lviv (!), the bus and water stayed for 4 years /p, water they didn’t pay 10 euros (!), three people went off the route - the drivers didn’t know and were looking for the way, they caused an accident in Bulgaria, but there were no casualties (!), the police seized the bus with passengers for 5 years (!), it would have been longer, as if the passengers did not act as transfer agents and lawyers for the regulation of food; Reaction of the tour operator - 0. →

Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and nothing can spoil the rest in it, except perhaps the work of a tour operator. We changed the dates of the tour after confirmation and 100% payment, moved the departure 1 day. They motivated the cancellation of the flight, but the flight was a regular Air Arabia and it was ~ a lie?) But the surprises did not end there, the meeting party in Sri Lanka and the guide made people wait for the bus for 1. →

My husband and I went to Turkey more than once, but since we were divorced this time, this has not happened yet. We bought 4 according to Fortune, and they brought us to the Aura Resort hotel, not even 3, but 2 stars !!! Around dirt, unsanitary conditions, flies, mold, fungus, everything is sticky, there is nothing to eat, the same thing, in a word HORROR!!! For 2 whole days we tried to be moved to the best hotel, but it feels like they just mocked us, the guide Islam Kushaliev said with a sneer that he had nothing to do with it, that all the questions were not for him, but for the company from which we bought the tour . →

Thank you TPG for ruining my vacation!!! We bought a tour to Alanya, received documents. TR 21079163. Upon arrival in Turkey, they changed the hotel and the city, without warning! They brought us to the village of Beldibi, to a terrible hotel! These were clearly not the conditions for which we paid! So we were also robbed in that hotel (by one of the staff)! We demanded to be moved, but the guides said that we need to pay an additional $125 for the transfer, which should be provided free of charge! The next day we were moved to another hotel, which was located next to the previous one and did not differ in conditions! The food was terrible! Therefore, we were forced to buy food in a nearby hotel, so as not to die of hunger! They kicked us hard! Be careful and think 100 times before flying through TPG!!!. →
