Disgusting attitude with threats!!!

I have a wedding on June 11, my future husband and I began to look for a ticket to Egypt for a honeymoon. Naturally, they turned to more than one travel agency - because they compared prices, etc. like all normal people. this travel agency offered prices more expensive and I did not maintain further communication with them, finding a more acceptable option in another travel agency. In the evening, I receive a message in the mail with the following content - “Oh, Daria, you don’t answer in vain, we will add you to the Black List of clients, both Kharkov and Kyiv, and post it on social networks so that all agents know what kind of clients you are "What is this anyway? How can a travel agency treat their customers like this? I'm just outraged. After my answer that we found a cheaper option, a bunch of inadequate expressions rained down on me, that the selection of a tour was a paid service, that I set them up and stuff like that.
