2. Regarding the booking of the tour, as it is known to the employees of travel agencies and what tourists are repeatedly told about, the hotel must confirm the application for booking accommodation, and also in all hotels there are requirements for the age categories of residents. Thus, if a settlement of a child under 14 years old is provided, and at the time of stay he is so old, the hotel does not confirm his accommodation as a child under 14 years old, but requires accommodation as an adult, and does not confirm the booking.
