This is our first trip with a travel agency. We were satisfied with the paperwork (representative of the tour operator Olechka Spicheva). The transfer was also well organized. The only negative - the flight home (wind rose) was postponed for 6 hours. We must pay tribute to the tour operator - we were informed about this even on the territory of the hotel, which actually extended our vacation for a couple of hours. But still, the return flight was a little exhausting.
