We flew to Egypt (May 2010). We turned to Solaris on the recommendation, we were promised at least a good attitude. Within two days, they called us offering options that don’t even come close to us, although both my husband and I explained 4 times what we want. We were already thinking of contacting another agency, when we finally found a suitable option. After choosing, we made a payment and then it began! Either the checks ended, or our names were not in the contract. We went to them 2 times to renew. In the end, the flight was postponed 4 hours later, but no one even warned us! We marinated with a small child at the airport all day, and when I called to find out, they simply told me that the flight delay from Boryspil was not the fault of the travel agency. More than a foot in Solaris, I do not recommend it to anyone.
