Normal companies solve problems quickly and adequately, but Senturia.ua will leave you alone with the problem and none of the employees will help you, you will deal with all the consequences yourself.
I took a risk and this is what happened...
I took the money to the PIVDENNY bank (damn it), which is inside its own bank !! (from one current account to another) could not transfer money on time (on Friday).
I am writing a message (in Senturia.ua) that they say so and so, due to the fault of the bank, the money did not arrive on time, but I have a receipt for payment - count the payment, because there is little time left before the cancellation of the reservation.
I was told that this payment receipt (bank) does not mean anything to them, and until the money is in the current account, they will not issue a ticket, and since there are 2 days off ahead, they will only think on Monday how to return the money.
Here is the result: NO MONEY (and no one knows when they will return), NO TICKET, the weekend is ahead and there is NO TIME, and you have to fly away!
It remains only to wipe yourself with a receipt for payment from the FUCKING PIVDENNY bank and rejoice at how they framed you along with SENTURIA.
