About the intention to go on vacation with a family of 4 left a request on the Internet on different sites. Managers immediately began to call back, but after the second refusal of the proposed hotels, the calls stopped. The most persistent and, as it turned out, the only one left was the manager of this agency, Natalya. Despite the fact that I “fooled my head” for a long time, irritation was never heard in her voice. As a result, she found a suitable option for us and controlled our tour from departure to arrival. I will definitely plan my next vacation with her.
