Dear tourists who, before choosing a tour operator, study his karma - I am writing for you, I want to warn and not recommend contacting this tour operator. We were deceived, spoiled our nerves and in the end made us guilty of everything. You do not think that we are hysterical and unbalanced customers. On the contrary, we were ready to forgive Salo-Tura a lot, but the cup was overflowing. We have a good travel experience with another agency, which we were completely satisfied with, but we wanted to save money, and how bitterly I regretted it. I repeat my review, which I leave on other sites, so that even more people can read my warning (do not regard it as revenge on the operator, most likely I do not want such companies to work and deceive tourists further, they will not have sucker clients, there will be no company).

Our vacation was ruined. In order not to go into details, I will write in a nutshell. They answer questions for a long time, not competently, what documents are needed - they don’t know what tour taxes in countries - they don’t know, and there are many other elementary questions that a professional must know. But these are still flowers. We submitted the documents on time, we also paid 2 weeks before departure. But we learned that we were flying to rest 12 hours before departure - when we demanded (it cannot be called otherwise) our documents. Until that time, they could not even clearly tell me that they had given us a visa. We agreed with Victor that we would have international rights (we planned to travel by car, rent it there, in the end we had to drag a one-year-old child by train), but they were 3 days late, and he was sincerely surprised that we needed them were on a trip (although he himself suggested this option). It was very unpleasant. But even more unpleasant is that we bought an all-inclusive tour, but in fact there were only breakfasts + dinners, we couldn’t even drink our dinner with anything (oh yes, you could buy half a liter of Coca-Cola for 5 euros). The fact that our tour was not even bought a day before departure, because we bought a tour for other people with our money, I generally keep quiet. And they didn’t have enough money for our tour. Do not contact! This is not a competent and attentive tour operator. I wanted to save money, I was promised that I would have a price cheaper than Natalie Tours, but now I see that even all-inclusive at Natalie Tours would cost me less than the half board that we bought. This is not an advertisement for natalie-tours, it was just this tour operator that drove us (salo-tour acted as an ordinary intermediary, not as a tour operator, but as a tour agency), respectively, they took their markup, and also deceived us by leaving us without lunch and any drinks after breakfast. And this is not all the unpleasant surprises that we had with him for this unfortunate trip. And in the end it turned out that it was all our fault. I really regret that I contacted them, the mood was spoiled, plans failed, and even they threw money ...
