I was choosing a travel agency. The hostess of this agency politely, calmly and kindly talked to me, patiently and understandingly answered my doubts and thoughts about: "I don't know where I want to go :), but I already need a vacation :)".
After thinking about it, I stopped at this agency and never regretted it.
The lady did not leave her control from the date of departure until her return home.
