interesting route, terrible organization

I went on tour spontaneously, for the first time I used the services of this "company" ... it was called "Magic May Day". The route itself is interesting, the facilities are wonderful, but the organization of the process itself... it's just ahtung...

1) I thought that the stop "at the bushes" remained in the last century. Nowadays, gas stations with shops and toilets are nonsense ... For more than 7 years I have traveled around Ukraine with 4 companies, and I NEVER met such an atavism ... There was a night crossing, and the stop at the gas station was in the morning ... and NOBODY warned that this is the only such stop. Neither brush your teeth, nor wash your face normally or have a banal breakfast!

2) Organization of dinners...or rather, its absence. On the first day after the overnight move, I managed to eat normally by three o'clock - already after the excursions, because there was no time before them. Rather, it was 20 minutes for a snack - BUT WHO WAS WARNED ABOUT THIS? The food was taken only by those who travel with this office not for the first time and apparently are aware of their traveling conditions .. The rest of the people who went with them for the first time, like me, were puzzled to say the least ... so then they did not join the tour. On the one hand, this is good, because there were a lot of children and they were not very obedient, but on the other hand, they have the same paid tour ... And all because of disorganization. Complaining that there was no time left for food, Alexander (guide, organizer) also joked that we could last a week on breadcrumbs ... Seriously? seriously, he thinks that after this he will want to go somewhere else with their amateurishly concocted tourist club (there is no way to call this event a travel agency)?

3) Organization as a whole. If you don’t call, don’t specify what time and where we meet in the morning (usually this is always announced on such tours), then you can miss a day ... At the same time, more than once the bus almost left without part of the group ... Count people? nope, this is for wimps.... Advising breakfast restaurants that open at 9-10, despite the fact that at 9-00 we are already leaving for an excursion - this is the norm, you can even ignore it. Standing with a cup of coffee for half an hour at a sanitary stop chatting with friends and "let the whole world wait", while making these stops almost every 40 minutes (and not even always because of the children ...) - it seems to me that someone needs check with urologist...

4) But the most epic thing was when, on the way back, having learned about the birth of a child, our "organizer" finally decided to hurry, and when asked to stop at a normal gas station, he said no, people there take too long to do everything, faster into the bushes ... SERIOUSLY? Do people take a long time? and not you with a cup of coffee and chatter? and in the bushes, sorry, no water, no coffee, no normal conditions. eprst, this is not a service but just darkness.
