Convenient booking and feedback from agency representatives

For the first time the tour was booked through Rozetka Travel. In general, everything is fine, there were problems with uploading documents to the office, but after contacting the representatives of the agency, the issue was resolved, everything was promptly sent to the post office. The tour operator was TUI, with this tour operator they flew for the first time, and there are disadvantages. Tour date 29.04.2021-05.05.2021

1. When booking, special attention was paid to the time of departure. WindRose flight was confirmed at 18:30 from Sharm El Sheikh. The day before the departure from Kyiv, documents for the trip were provided and in the return tickets the operator changed the carrier to UIA, which in itself is not bad, but ... In the tickets delivered by the tour operator, the departure time was indicated at 18:30, on On the official UIA website for the specified flight, the departure time was indicated at 8:30 am (!!!) When contacting Rozetka Travel, I was told that the tour operator books nights and not days, and has the right to change the flight, when asked why the tour operator is in tickets deliberately indicated the wrong time - a clear answer was not received. When contacting the hotline for tourists TUI 0 800 50 97 96 with this question, the contact center operator in a rather rude form said that they do not communicate with tourists, and call the agency through which you bought the tour. This is not the first time we fly and we know that all tours with late departures are always more expensive. Those. we bought a tour with a late departure and paid for it immediately in 100% of the amount, but in the end we got a tour with an early departure, which we learned about the day before the trip. An adequate response in connection with what it was connected with (I'm already silent about the refund) was not received from either the agency or the tour operator

2. The Parrotel Beach Resort 5 * hotel, which is positioned by luxury class operators, did not live up to expectations, to put it mildly. Yes, the hotel is huge and very beautiful. The rooms are also not small, but all the furniture in the hotel has clearly seen better days. The room was dirty, the furniture was rickety and worn. The food was delicious, but variety is also a problem. The hotel as a whole is not bad, but obviously not a luxury class, and even 5 stars, but a maximum of 4, and then only because of the beautiful and large territory with pools.

Conclusion: Rozetka Travel - I will probably use it again in the future

TUI is a lie, because even with the current situation with the change of the air carrier and, accordingly, the flight (that is, it is clearly not the problem of air transportation with a change in the schedule of departures of charter flights), I could not get an adequate answer from the representative of the tour operator about the reason for the flight change, about the incorrectly indicated time in the provided ticket (when this information was freely available on the UIA website), and was also "sent to hell" in a rather rude form.
