For the first time the tour was booked through Rozetka Travel. In general, everything is fine, there were problems with uploading documents to the office, but after contacting the representatives of the agency, the issue was resolved, everything was promptly sent to the post office. The tour operator was TUI, with this tour operator they flew for the first time, and there are disadvantages. →
The travel outlet worked just fine. They should be contacted for help with the design of the tour. I will use their services again and again. Our operator was Anex Tour and the flights were without delay. In general, we were satisfied with all the rest and organization of our trip. → |
