Decent travel agency, where professionals who know their business work. We visited many travel agencies in Kirovograd. I didn’t have much impression about them. They didn’t inspire confidence. We were pleasantly surprised by the attitude towards the client at the RIVIERA agency. We went abroad for the first time. We were very worried about paperwork and how to navigate at the airport, both in Kyiv and in Greece, Thessaloniki. We were worried in vain, because everything went perfectly and without problems, from the paperwork to the trip back home to Kirovograd. Many thanks to the travel agency employees for their attention and for keeping in touch with us throughout the trip. Special thanks to the tour operator Mouzenidis travel. I would like to add a few more words about the holiday itself in Greece. We did not regret at all that we chose this particular country and the Olympian Bay hotel (Pieria, Leptokarya). The food is very good, the rooms are cleaned, bedding and towels are changed every other day. We lived in a bungalow. The weather and the sea just pleased us (end of August-beginning of September). The water is very clean. We saw the eighth wonder of the world - Meteora! I advise everyone! Unforgettable experience!
