We are very satisfied with the quality of service in the agency. The flight was delayed by 20 minutes, but I do not consider this a delay. The only negative is that the representative of our tour operator "Join Up" in Egypt did not get in touch with us, we didn’t really need him, but still such a moment is not pleasant.
