Crammed full of crap, the rest is ruined

Initially planned a budget vacation with 2 children in the coming days

The travel agent offered options, in her words, "good hotels" .. but a tin was waiting for us: a hotel in which they don’t clean, and they don’t respond to requests to do this .. initially we got a dirty, not cleaned room with a non-working air conditioner. after we they gave 10 dollars to the guy at the reception, they changed the room for us and cleaned it superficially .. but .. almost only Turks rest in the hotel. dirty, wild and not clean.

There is a lot of trodden dirt near the pool, and naturally no one cleans this dirt. Dirty dishes that the Turks put out in the corridor are taken out every 3 days, and they don’t take them out of the cleaner’s rooms at all. Queues for food are 20-30 people each. I didn’t expect in a 4 * hotel, and in general I didn’t see this in hotels. A disgusting hotel, the beach they offer is generally public.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TRAVEL COMPANY. THEY STUFF FULL CRAP, just not to lose customers at all.
