I never got to Egypt, but ended up in the Kaila Beach Hotel - a complete misunderstanding with 5 *****.
To begin with, I was forced to get to this place, guided by actions falling under the article of the Criminal Code “fraud”, on the part of TO PEGAS Touristik: in February-March 2020, I paid for a tour to Egypt at the price of an early booking; due to the pandemic, TO rescheduled the tour to 10/20/2020. - there is nothing to do, I had to agree; 09/01/2020 they called from TA and announced that TO PEGAS Touristik canceled all tours to Egypt (although other TOs sent people to Egypt) and I am invited to rebook a tour to Turkey in Pegasus hotels in the high season and at high season prices !!!!! There can be no talk of any additional discount, it is possible to transfer funds to a deposit for the next year, and this is tantamount to “goodbye vacation 2020”. By the way, in this hotel, most vacationers found themselves in a similar situation. I really hope that TO PEGAS Touristik will go bankrupt and leave the market, thereby making room for more honest players.
Having a deplorable experience with PEGAS Touristik hotels, namely Himeros Life Hotel, I carefully read the reviews of all the options offered by PEGAS Touristik, chose the one with the highest rating, and now I’m even afraid to imagine what would have happened in hotels with a lower rating.
