transfer to the city of departure is disgusting, buses fall apart (I'm talking about Ukraine)
upon arrival:
-guide accompanying to the hotel was dumb as a fish, info 0! And with us were people who were in Turkey for the first time, it's a shame for them.
-problems in the hotel no one solved
