The hotel is very good, the sea, food and animation is beyond praise. But we were not lucky this year. We paid for the Land View room, but no one warned that this was a room WITHOUT a balcony and access to a busy highway-autobahn, which every second, without a break, drive, buzz and honk cars. cars go over the head, this is with the balcony doors closed. I was with a small child and an elderly mother, it was impossible to sleep and rest. There are also rooms in the hotel. They are not located directly on the road, but on the side with balconies. We repeatedly asked to change the room and at the reception at Tamara (by the way, she not only did not help, but was clearly opposed) asked the guide Asala to help. But he also did not provide any help. In addition, he communicated very aggressively. The last resort was the PEGAS tour operator from which we flew. I have not seen a more boorish attitude towards clients in any of the other tour operators. This is the only tour operator whose employees do not have respect neither to children, nor to the elderly. I note that we had a departure and arrival at Sheremetyevo paid for (from other airports, a ticket is much cheaper). So, we not only postponed the flight time. But we also flew to Zhukrovsky (100 km) from us. Do not fly Pegasus, it is very fraught with consequences ..
I will return to the hotel,..On the 4th day of requests, I paid extra 70 euros for a quieter room. Only then we were moved.
Of course, any opinion is subjective, but the hotel feels focused on German tourists. They are served everywhere out of turn and with joy. And they are not accommodated on the road.
And more. The child picked up Coxsackie at the hotel. There were few children at the hotel, so I can’t say that it was massive.
