From 07/13/19 to 07/19/19 through the operator "Pegas Touristik" a tour was purchased (paid for) at the Catamaran Resort Hotel, Kemer (voucher number - Hotel Voucher # 4431449).
07/12/19, when I was already on the train on my way to Kyiv for a flight to Turkey, the tour operator said by phone that the hotel had canceled my reservation for accommodation, and offered another hotel for the same amount and on the same departure dates. I refused the new offer of the Pegas Touristik operator, since the proposed hotel, judging by the numerous reviews that I had already looked at on the train, was an order of magnitude worse than the Catamaran Resort Hotel.
As a result, I turned to the Join UP operator, who promptly sent me to the Mirada Del Mar hotel, Kemer, pos. Goynuk.
