A huge minus of our vacation is the UIA charter and the organization of a transfer from the tour operator Pegasus in Ukraine. We bought a tour for 9 nights with a good departure and return time, we know that charters can change the schedule, but in our case they changed not only the time, but also the airport of departure and arrival in Ukraine. We lost two nights, a very tiring transfer with terrible organization from Pegasus. We are from the Dnieper, we bought a flight from Zaporozhye, the tour operator "organized a transfer Dnipro-Zaporozhye": we were taken to Zaporozhye for two hours, then it turned out that we were flying from Kharkov, for 1.5 hours they were looking for buses and then for another 5 hours they drove us from Zaporozhye to Kharkov (by the Dnieper).
There are no comments on the work of the tour operator in Turkey: the transfer is fast, the representative at the hotel provided all the necessary information.
