We bought a tour in an already checked hotel. There were 4 people and the budget was limited. PEGAS tour operator was selling a package tour cheaper than other tour operators and we bought it.
Now I understand that it was necessary to overpay a little to another proven tour operator.
PEGAS changed the time of departure there and back so much that we had to fly out of the hotel at night and we were taken 1.5 days from the 11th day trip. Although we bought tickets only three weeks before departure, the departure time was acceptable. But in the end it was changed and when asked why, we were told that "if you buy FOR A LONG TIME, then the departure time may change and PEGAS does not bear any responsibility."
As they explained to us, PEGAS was unable to recruit the required number of people for two aircraft. Therefore, ours was canceled and put on another.
No requests to meet us were accepted, although we have a small child and the departure time is critical. And they did not provide us with any compensation, they answered in a rude manner.
