When traveling from the Airport to the hotel, they usually talk about the country - the guide was not very good. He spoke little, although it took 2.5 hours to get there. But the hotel guide Aziz (Hotel Club Kastaliya) exceeded all expectations - he spoke in detail about the hotel and our capabilities. The rest of the organization - as in all travel agencies, normal.
It was a bit incomprehensible and unpleasant why, when flying back with UIA airlines, airport employees in Turkey demanded that 1 suitcase weigh no more than 23 kg, provided that there were 2 seats in 1 ticket. I have been flying for many years and I know that the weight is shared by everyone. If these are UIA rules, then I would like to fly with other airlines. (It is not very convenient for a mother with a child to pull 2 suitcases ...)
