We bought a package tour to Kemer, went with a small child, chose for a very long time, chose, bought. A week before departure, we ourselves find information that the hotel has changed the beach (and we chose the hotel precisely because of the good beach), that that beach is now paid! The new beach is just awful! They themselves turned to Pegasus, to which they said that they could change the hotel - and offered even worse options. We were very upset - we thought Pegasus was a good operator. We went to that beach, because of which we chose the place and the hotel, but we paid more for it! Pegasus refused to refund it even though they weren't warned and the new beach is much worse! (the contract talks about uniform replacements, not replacements that are an order of magnitude worse!)
I don't think we'll be using the service again! And will not recommend to friends!
