Good afternoon. I would like to report my most unpleasant experience with a representative of the Pegas company at the Hilton sharm waterfalls resort 5 * hotel from 03/15/2012 to 03/25/2012.
We, in the hotel, were sitting (and not working!) A guy - Surgan Andrey and a girl. Khalinskaya Safina, guy, let's say so. an uninitiated person, but a girl in general. an embittered, dissatisfied person, who we saw more often in a local, hotel restaurant than in the workplace.
For 10 days of rest, we watched her only in three classes, these are either personal conversations on a mobile phone, or she was sitting at her laptop on the Internet, or chewing in a restaurant.
We could not get any more or less useful information about the hotel from them.
For instance:
The next day, after arriving at the hotel, we could not go to the scheduled meeting with our guides, as our child (two years old) was sleeping and we could not leave the room.
In the evening of the same day, I approached Safina with a question about the hotel (in which restaurants can you eat, what is paid here, and what is included in the ALL system? and so on.). To which I heard the following answer: (literally) If you were not at the meeting, now go to the reception and find out there.
After that, we lost any desire to communicate with representatives of Pegasus!
The clearest example of the competence of the representative of Pegasus - Khalinsky Safina, was the incident on the day before departure:
Andrei, unfortunately, was not at the workplace and I had no choice but to turn to Safina again. When I approached her and VERY politely asked: We're leaving tomorrow night, what should we do? When to release the number? When is the transfer to the airport?
So, this Safina took her eyes off her laptop for a second, annoyed and defiantly arrogantly stated the following (verbatim) There is a stand along the corridor. go and read if you can. .
From such impudence, I was taken aback and went in the indicated direction. I returned half way and asked this Safina a question. What function do you perform in this workplace? What, having heard, the accusations that I was drunk and that I had stuck here at all and wanted from her?
These incidents were witnessed by my family and many of our compatriots. Similar incidents happened to her, with almost all the tourists with whom we spoke in this hotel. For any questions, she sent clients either to the reception or to the information stand.
I have never met the worst attitude towards customers anywhere, in any country in the world!
Excursions to Jerusalem and Ras Mohammed, we preferred to buy in the city, as we decided to minimize communication with this person.
In our common opinion, the representative of Pegasus - Khalinskaya Safina is the black sheep that spoils any, even the best, impression of your company in the bud!
