I would like to note how our brother is treated in the glorious country of Egypt. We rested from 4. 12. to 11. 12 in the glorious city of Hurghada. And everything would be fine if not for one but. They took us out of the hotel at 15.25 with a departure at 19.30. We were collected at the hotels and brought to the airport. Registration began, after 30 minutes it was stopped and the swing began. Our charter had not arrived yet, and we knew that for sure. After 2 hours, a PEGAS representative said that our flight would be later, although we knew for sure that the plane would not arrive today. After that, our travel agency offered to continue the registration and go to the transit zone in order to relieve ourselves of responsibility. The swing continued for another hour, we categorically refused to register, because we knew that there would be no plane today (it is strange why representatives of the travel agency did not know about this). They began to blackmail us with water and buns that are waiting for us in the transit zone. After another 2 hours, we practically gnawed out our places in the hotel (5.5 hours at the airport at the reception). Everyone was returned to the hotel, with a complete misunderstanding of when the flight would be.. I would like to note that the tourists knew more than the representatives of the tour operator and always. The next morning we were loaded into buses, although we knew for sure that the plane to Hurghada had not yet taken off. Actually, halfway through the road we were returned to the hotel and the third time we flew away safely. In all this, I would like to note the complete incompetence of the PEGAS employees on site. The unwillingness to help tourists, and the desire to save money. Next to us was a flight to Amsterdam, and so, as soon as it was canceled, everyone was immediately returned to the hotel. We had to practically storm the guides. My advice to you - demand, scandal, if you do not want to sleep in the waiting room with water and a bun
