This is not the first time in Turkey (for the 6th time), but I have never seen such a vile attitude towards tourists from the management of the company. .We were settled at 14 days. For 9 days of rest, every day I watched the confused faces of people who had just arrived and "walked" around the hotel, waiting for the settlement. Sometimes it was until 16-17 hours. Let me remind you that the hotel is 5-star and that day, when we all walked, was crying.

I wrote a complaint to the regional office and passed it through the guides, who (no doubt they didn’t pass it on). The attitude of the guides is another story.

I want to write that I have concluded that the company perceives us as a product, the inhumane attitude towards tourists (and all with children) has been introduced by the company into the rank of marketing policy. you are treated like "meat" - the term of Timur's guide), and those who will meet you, accompany you on excursions, are very nice and nice guys.
