I will 100% support the previous review "Michael 58", everything was exactly the same. They also flew this ill-fated flight 416, with a delay of a day. During the arrival, during the rest, there were no claims against our travel agency, because they were not approached (excursions were not interested). But, an extraordinary situation happened, the flight was postponed, and then it was completely canceled for more than 12 hours. It was then that all 160 people on our flight saw all the incompetence, disorganization and desire to get rid of us, without providing a hotel, beds, dinners, breakfasts, lunches and all other delights (I remind you, they flew away in a day). I will miss the whole five-hour story with the war at the airport, the scandal, yes, we suffered this hotel for an extra day, but the impressions about the operator were only negative.
