The flight was a success, a representative of Pegasus met at the airport, arrived at the hotel, unloaded the suitcases, and the representative went on, and we realized that our resettlement depended only on us. The next morning there was a meeting with the hotel guide from Pegasus Olga Borsch, a sweet girl chirped so convincingly about all the details about the hotel, excursions and departure, that there was not even a thought about what lay ahead for us. . . . It all started with buying an excursion from our guide to Cairo to the pyramids. For a very long time we thought how the child would endure the road, we decided to go. The guide, an Egyptian who accompanied us to Cairo, told us a little about the country, etc. joked a lot, offered to buy Arabic coffee and tea from him, almost everyone on the bus agreed. Further, upon arrival in Cairo, he handed us over to another Egyptian guide, Omar, who does not speak Russian well, again this is a guide from Pegasus. From the whole tour, we did not understand anything, because he basically talked about those places where good photos can be obtained about the history of nothing. And when we got to the National Museum of Egypt, he brought us to the 2nd floor and said that now we can see the museum ourselves. My friend and I discovered the mask of Tutan Khamon on our own, we saw the treasures of the ancient world, mummies, but we still don’t know who owned what. And the most important thing in Omar's story is that you can buy a medollion from him as a keepsake. Then we were again handed over to the guide who accompanied us to Cairo and we went back to the hotel. He said that you need to leave a tip to the bus driver, did we really pay a little for the trip - 80 USD. e adult and 40 y. e. child? We got off the bus late, forgot the bag of coffee purchased from the guide. In the morning we turned to the hotel guide Olga, they did not find an answer, we are strict with this, we were upset, what to do. . . let them drink to their health. Then it’s better - the day of departure came back to Kyiv, in the evening they checked with Olga - the departure time has not changed. At 12.00 next. day they vacated the room and began to wait for the check-out from the hotel, what was my surprise when, purely by chance on the info board, I found that the check-out time had changed, it was 13.30, it became 22.30 - 9 hours of delay !!!!! The room was rented, the guide didn’t even deign to inform about it, she says “and everything is written on the info board”, we talked with vacationers from other operators, they called the room and extended the stay at the expense of the airline, when we turned to Olga with this question, all the same 9 hours, we were told that Pegasus had nothing to do with it, no one would prolong anything, all she could do was feed us!!!! Unlike Pegasus, Coral and helms and rooms were extended for their tourists, this is not an advertisement for another operator, this is a concern for their vacationers !!! As a result, the time of departure from the hotel changed three more times, we left the hotel at 23. 50-------10 hours with the child wandered around the beach, then at the reception, I WANT TO SAY A HUGE THANK YOU FOR THE SPINED IMPRESSIONS ABOUT THE REST TO PEGASS, AND IN SEPARATELY TO OLGA BORSCH, WHICH DID NOT EVEN MAKE A FINGER TO CORRECT THE SITUATION!!! ! This is the second trip with Pegasus and again unsuccessful. WITH PEGASS ANY MORE ANYWHERE!!!!!
