got a phenomenally terrible vacation. I heard bad reviews about the travel agency, but I hoped that this would not happen to me. Operators abroad impose expensive excursions - this is half the trouble, but when they take money and do not give excursions, this is a disaster. In my case, they took the money, but they didn’t take the tour, the money was not returned. Complained there - no result. I came to Ukraine, I came to the Pegasus travel agency and wrote a letter with a complaint and a request to return the money - no answer, no greetings. I wrote this figuratively without details. How much I experienced in relation to myself impudence is simply terrible. Tourists please - if you don't want to ruin your vacation - anything - just don't PEGAS TOURISTIK!!!!!
