Today I returned from Turkey. rested at the Phaselis Rose Tekirova hotel from June 7 to 17.
They flew from Kharkiv (round trip) with the call sign Bravo (Kharkiv Airlines, resurrected in the summer of 2018 - two Airbus 321 aircraft),

The company, knowing about the transfer of flights, did not bother to warn about them in advance at all. and do at least something to reduce the difficulties for tourists.
When we flew there, we found out about the transfer late in the evening,
In fact, they lost a day. Instead of departing at 9 am and arriving at the hotel around 4 pm, we were at the hotel at 12 am.
When we flew back, representatives of Pegasus were picked up from the hotel at 12.00 at night - brought to the airport at 3 a.m. and, lo and behold, they reported that the departure was at 7.30 in the morning instead of 4.50 (in fact, they flew out at 8.10),
That is, before sending the bus to the hotel it was difficult to contact the airline and clarify? Tourists stuck around for hours in the waiting room.

There is only one answer - all questions to the airline.
So the airline is to blame.
SO INDICATE WHEN YOU SELL A TOUR that you have a 100% chance of being postponed for several hours, since you have a muddy and unreliable air carrier and your company is generally not responsible for anything and does not solve the problems of tourists.
In 2017 I traveled with Coral Travel to the Marco Polo hotel in Chamvyua - attitude towards tourists and organization of the tour - heaven and earth.
Departure was delayed 1 time for 1 hour, Plus the attitude of the company representatives towards tourists is HUMAN!!!
My advice is to avoid Pegas Touristik, all their discounts go sideways.
Company with zero responsibility and boorish attitude of representatives.
