We flew to Egypt to the Sunny days El Palacio hotel with a 3-year-old child, who on the 2nd day came down with a temperature of 39.
When I decided to seek help from a doctor on insurance (in which only Ukrainian phone numbers were indicated for communication), I was told at the reception to dial our guide who would solve all problems, because they can only dial a Ukrainian number for a fee at my expense and very expensive!
When I got through to the guide, in response to my request for help, I heard in a rude tone the answer that this is NOT HIS PROBLEM AND HE WILL NOT DO THIS!!!
This answer shocked me! The guest relation hotel workers were also surprised and tried to inform the guide by phone that these were his tourists, and he was responsible for them! To which the guide just hung up!!!
As a result, my problem was dealt with by the hotel workers and my travel agent from Kyiv via viber, and not the guide who was supposed to help us!
I have a question for Pegas Touristic, are your guides really only willing to talk to tourists about the excursions they offer at inflated prices, and when there is a real problem they hang up?!!!
My advice to tourists who go on vacation from Pegas touristic, be prepared that if you suddenly have problems, you will not be helped. At least the guides of this travel agency .... so take with you all the contacts of travel agents through which you take vouchers, maybe they will be more humane ....
