We chose a company based on a more convenient round-trip departure time, all other things being equal.
The work of the manager before and during the sale of the tour is satisfactory. But at the place of rest (in Egypt), all the work of the staff consists in selling standard excursions to their vacationers (more expensive than other travel agencies and with worse service) and "supplying" the shops with which Pegas cooperates with buyers. In case of problems, there will be NO help from the employees, you will receive a smiling advice: "Relax and try to rest." We won't be traveling with this tour company again. For the same money, tourists served by other operators in the same place received much better service and additional bonuses. Opinion: after receiving payment, the travel agent does not care about its customers, regular customers are not interested, they prefer a quantitative approach to a qualitative one.
