'Wonder Guide' Natalia Valitova

She was prevented by 4 people (took away 5)?! And what is a group anyway? Okay! They came tomorrow - the lady was well late - and we saw our "group" - a funny bunch - we are from Kyiv, 2 from Vologda and 3 from N. Novgorod, everyone has a different time of arrival and, of course, departures, although for sure - they arrived yesterday! Further, better! The information did not shine with novelty - everything that was reported was written in the description of the hotel and 0 about the village itself! To the question "where to call if anything" she poked an advertisement for excursions, there was her phone, but threatened that she was "ONE FOR THE ENTIRE VILLAGE AND IN CASE OF QUESTIONS ARRIVED WHEN she could - SHE IS NOT AMBULANCE" AND THEN JUST ADVERTISING Excursions and a replica of what we will think and we are not interested in listening to 30 minutes about Santorini for 200 euros - she said - you will not listen and buy - I will not help! Fun! Although the hotel stuck out all the evenings - is it customary to eat guides in hotels in Pegasus? Well All so All! On the beach we met tourists from other hotels and there is the same story - its rudeness and rubbing of excursions! Otherwise, there are no complaints about the tour operator - they were met at the airport, sent and helped to resolve issues with the departure!
