Pegasus hotel guides are very disturbed by tourists!

We rested at the Melia Sharm 5 * hotel in Egypt. They first brought us to Melia Sinai (located nearby) and looking at the sign of the hotel and in the voucher they assured us that they had brought us correctly. Well, the bus did not have time to leave, otherwise we would have dragged our suitcases 500-700 meters to our hotel.

We arrived at 9 am, the meeting with the hotel guide was only the next day at 1 pm. The guide's name is Olga. First, she took everyone's vouchers. What for? It was a tourist specimen.

She gave very energetic information about all possible excursions. Then the energy ran out. When the tourists who paid for the excursion to Jordan met her on the territory at 4 o'clock and had the audacity to ask what time (in the next day) they were leaving, she told them that I was in the lobby from 5 to 6 - come and I will answer there questions, and here I rest ...

This is despite the fact that when paying they were told that the time of departure tonight is not exactly known now, they will say a little later.

We traveled with a small child. Realizing that we would not take excursions, Olga lost interest in us instantly and forever. And when I asked questions about the hotel and then her phone rang - she interrupted the conversation, talked on the phone, then there was another call, and then she let me know that she paid enough attention to me and sent with all the questions to the reception desk.

There are no comments regarding the hotel staff - they were treated politely, a couple of issues that arose were resolved immediately.

Although, compared to the guides in Turkey, when we were replaced on arrival by a 5 * beach hotel with a city hotel, they were just openly rude there. Ignore here!
